Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Technical Manager at South Westman, located in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves overseeing technical projects, managing teams to ensure smooth operations, providing expert technical support, fostering research and development initiatives, and delivering successful execution of technical strategies. As a senior member of the team, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders and ensure high-quality outcomes aligned with project goals and organizational standards.
Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to assess technical challenges and develop solutions Proven expertise in Team Management, with the ability to guide, motivate, and manage diverse teams effectively Experience in providing comprehensive Technical Support and troubleshooting complex systems Knowledge and experience in Research and Development (R&D), with a focus on innovation and process improvement Solid Project Management skills, including planning, execution, and maintaining timelines within budget constraints Excellent communication and leadership abilities Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field Experience in the construction industry or in delivering high-complexity projects is highly advantageous
