  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best quality products and services at competitive prices for the spa, gym, and medical clinics.
  • Process purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records in compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal departments to forecast and fulfill supply needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any supply chain issues.
  • Conduct regular market research to identify new suppliers, products, and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure timely payment and reconciliation of procurement transactions.
  • Ensure all procured items meet quality standards and regulatory requirements relevant to medical, spa, and gym operations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Prepare and present procurement reports, analyses, and recommendations to management.
  • Support the onboarding of new suppliers and maintain up-to-date supplier documentation.
