CRM Dynamics 365 Support Engineer

  • Provide expert-level technical support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, addressing user inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving incidents in a timely manner.
  • Monitor, analyze, and resolve system errors, performance bottlenecks, and integration challenges within the Dynamics 365 environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, document, and implement system enhancements and customizations based on business requirements.
  • Assist in the configuration, deployment, and maintenance of CRM modules, workflows, and plugins to optimize business processes.
  • Manage user access, security roles, and permissions to ensure data integrity and compliance with organizational policies.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and user guides for internal and client use.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend long-term solutions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Support data migration, integration, and synchronization activities between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems.
  • Participate in system upgrades, patch management, and testing to ensure seamless transitions and minimal disruption.
  • Deliver training and guidance to end-users and stakeholders to maximize adoption and effective utilization of CRM features.
