  • Performed quantity surveying for variance items , ensuring accurate data for cost estimation and scheduling .
  • Develop a realistic project schedule using tools like Primavera and MS Project.
  • Coordinated with project teams and make  site visit to gather progress data for schedule updates and identify potential delays .
  • Plan and monitor the project budget, tracking progress throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Gather periodic updates  for  time and cost to prepare project progress  reports including progress layouts ,charts , histograms ,,,,,)
  • Generate variance reports (Schedule Variance and Cost Variance, typically using the Earned Value Method) at different project stages to analyze deviations.
