We’re seeking a UI/UX Designer to translate user and business needs into intuitive, accessible, and visually consistent experiences across our application suite. You’ll partner with product managers and developers from discovery through delivery - owning flows, interfaces, and design assets that ship.

What You’ll Do:

• Discover & define
  
  • Gather and evaluate user requirements with product and engineering.
  • Visualize concepts via storyboards, process flows, user journeys, and sitemaps.
     
• Design & prototype
  
  • Create UI elements (menus, tabs, widgets), navigation patterns, and search components.
  • Build wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes that clearly convey function and look.
  • Produce original visuals (images, icons, illustrations, tables) aligned with the brand identity.

• Validate & iterate
  
  • Present rough drafts to teams and stakeholders; refine based on feedback and data.
  • Identify and troubleshoot UX issues (e.g., responsiveness, accessibility, edge cases).
  • Apply layout/UI adjustments guided by usability findings and analytics.
     
• Systemize
  
  • Ensure a consistent layout and theme across applications.
  • Adhere to, and help evolve - style standards (fonts, colors, imagery, spacing, components).
     
• Partner & deliver
  
  • Coordinate closely with developers for handoff (specs, redlines, assets) and support implementation.
  • Contribute to planning and delivery of new features in an agile environment.
