  • Search for and select qualified international suppliers.
  • Request quotations, compare offers, and negotiate prices and terms.
  • Review technical datasheets and ensure materials meet required specifications.
  • Prepare and issue purchase orders.
  • Manage supplier relationships and evaluate their performance.
  • Follow up on samples, approvals, and product quality with technical teams.
  • Review and handle foreign procurement documents (Invoice, Packing List, COO, certificates).
  • Work closely with production, planning, finance, and QC to meet purchasing needs.
  • Prepare reports on prices, suppliers, and market trends.
  • Support cost-saving initiatives and identify alternative suppliers/materials.
