Change Coordinator 

A global industry leader—the backbone of international logistics and tech, is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Change Coordinator in the International Change Management team within the Global Engineering Services (GES) organization to play a critical role in managing changes from sites in EMEA region. The successful candidate will be a natural self-starter, highly motivated individual and have a strong level of ownership. This individual will report within International Change Management team.

 

The key metrics this role influences are Savings or Cost Avoidance, SLAs and process Metrics, Defect and Quality metrics, Time and Efficiency improvements.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Review new change requests from corporate and site stakeholders against existing standards.
  • Participate in process improvement projects and development of new tools/mechanisms to better support the business.
  • Identify process defects through stakeholder feedback and audits. Facilitate cross functional mechanisms to minimize defects in a measurable way.
  • Work with GES and partner Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to identify cost reduction and cost avoidance opportunities, through processes to evaluate change requests, and facilitating lessons learnt from changes at a network level.
  • Schedule and moderate multiple weekly standing meetings with internal teams to obtain or share information and approve changes, coordinate information between various teams in the organization.
