  • Area Sales Manager Greater Cairo - Silk-Link Company 
  • Lead and manage the sales team within Greater Cairo to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. 
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to increase market share. 
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching and training as needed. 
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction. 
  • Prepare and present regular performance and sales reports to senior management. 
  • Coordinate with other departments (Marketing, Distribution, Finance) to ensure smooth execution of strategies
  • Previous experience in FMCG industry is required.
  • Previous experience in the E-Commerce industry is required.
