First: Strategic Planning and Development:

Contribute to the development of annual and quarterly marketing plans and strategies for real estate projects.

Conduct market research to analyze competitors, identify marketing opportunities, and understand the needs of target customers.

Define the target audience for each project and develop appropriate marketing messages.

Second: Digital and Online Marketing:

Manage and develop the company's presence on social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok) and create engaging and consistent content.

Manage paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms and Google, monitor their performance, and optimize them to achieve the best return on investment (ROI).

Develop and manage the company's website, ensuring it is updated with information on new projects and offers.

Implement search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to increase the company's organic visibility.

Design and send email marketing campaigns to current and potential clients.

Produce visual content (high-quality images and videos) for projects, in collaboration with photographers or using design software.

Third: Traditional Marketing and Public Relations:

Coordinating the design of printed marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, magazines, and billboards (banners).

Organizing participation in real estate exhibitions and specialized local events.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with media outlets to publicize company news and projects.

Fourth: Sales Support and Performance Analysis:

Providing lead generation (LED) or qualified leads to the sales department through marketing campaigns.

Monitoring and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools (such as Google Analytics and social media data), and preparing periodic reports on the results.

Working closely with the sales team to understand their needs and translate them into effective marketing initiatives.

Managing the marketing budget for projects and ensuring optimal resource utilization.


Required Qualifications and Skills:Academic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media, or a related field.Experience:A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate or services sector.Proven track record of success in managing digital and traditional marketing campaigns.Technical Skills:Excellent proficiency in using social media platforms and their advertising tools (such as Meta Business Suite).Good knowledge of data analytics tools (such as Google Analytics).Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).Understanding the principles of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and content marketing.Personal Skills:Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Creativity and the ability to generate new marketing ideas.Accuracy and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.Ability to work effectively as part of a team and in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Strong analytical skills for understanding data and making informed decisions.
