Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an English Calls and Chat Agent located in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries via chat, and delivering top-tier customer service to resolve issues effectively. The agent will communicate with English-speaking customers, provide clear and professional support, and ensure a seamless customer experience by understanding and addressing their needs. Additional responsibilities may include helping with translation tasks and assisting in customer training as necessary.
Qualifications
Proficiency in English Communication, including clear verbal and written skills Customer Service expertise with a focus on delivering quality and empathetic support Experience in Translation and English Teaching considered an advantage Ability to conduct or assist with Training sessions for customers or team members Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude Ability to adapt to a fast-paced workplace and work collaboratively with a diverse team Previous experience in customer support or similar roles is a plus
