Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior SQL Database Administrator based in Alexandria, Egypt. The Senior SQL Database Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining database systems, implementing replication strategies, and ensuring optimal database performance and security. Other duties include designing and optimizing databases, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting the organization’s data management requirements.
Qualifications Must be Alexandria resident or open to re-allocate. Strong skills and experience in Database Administration and Databases. Proficiency in Replication and Database Design methodologies. Problem-solving abilities with expertise in troubleshooting database-related issues. Knowledge of security best practices for database systems. Familiarity with monitoring tools and optimization techniques for database performance. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven track record as a database administrator or in a similar role. Strong communication and collaborative skills.
