Responsibilities-With min 4 years of experience in maintaining and managing air conditioning and ventilation systems, fire-fighting systems, elevators, escalators, and other mechanical systems found in shopping malls.-able to handle sudden breakdowns, develop preventive maintenance plans, and supervise maintenance technicians.-xpected Tasks and Responsibilities:Maintenance Management:Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for air conditioning and ventilation systems, fire-fighting systems, elevators, escalators, and others. Qualifications min 4 years of experience. Education Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Excellent knowledge of MS Office. Follow the repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment. Supervising the technical staff. Managing stocks of supplies and equipment. Responding immediately to machinery breakdowns
