- Receive and implement the production plan from management and issue detailed sub-plans accordingly.
- Monitor performance indicators for each production stage to ensure targets are achieved.
- Follow up on applying all quality and safety standards in the production process.
- Coordinate with maintenance, planning, and quality departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Prepare weekly reports and performance summaries for assigned sections.
- Contribute to improving productivity and achieving optimum targets for each machine.
- Participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement activities within the production area.
Bachelor’s degree in Applied Arts (Wood/Furniture Design) .2–4 years of experience in wood or furniture manufacturing (industrial furniture experience high preferred).Strong analytical and communication skills.Good leadership and team management abilities.Proficient in Microsoft Office and CAD tools (AutoCAD/SolidWorks preferred).Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
