Marketing Support1. Register targeted clients from advertisements in the CRM. 2. Record and classify client segments and patterns through Facebook.3. Complete missing clients��� information by researching on social media platforms. 4. Prepare and submit data-related reports to the Marketing and Sales Departments.5. Coordinate with the marketing department regarding client data and targeting strategies.
Sales Support1. Follow up with the Sales Department to ensure all clients information, observations, and notes during the sales process are recorded in the CRM system. 2. Collect subscriber data from the Sales Department, verify and complete it, and record it on the CRM.3. Coordinate with the Sales team to complete all required client documents (personal photos/ pending payments/ TNA form).4. Ensure that each client has completed the TNA (Training Need Analysis) and Evaluation, and verify the accuracy of the information provided.
Training Support1. Coordinate the course rounds through What��ups.2. Coordinate with the design and finance departments regarding client requests for certificates and required services.3. Review all client-related outputs and documents before issuance.4. Support and assist in training moderation, ensuring smooth session flow.5. Manage and follow up on TNA and Evaluation process for training participants.
Customer Excellence Support1. Maintain and update client data accurately in the CRM.2. Recognize and celebrate clients��� birthdays and special occasions to enhance the satisfaction and loyalty.3.
