- Plan, coordinate, and track compliance with technical specifications, engineering standards, and contractual obligations across all project phases to ensure consistent execution and quality delivery.
- Review and validate contractor payments, time extension requests, and claims in alignment with contractual provisions and company policy and procedures.
- Develop and execute robust quality control for material approvals, site inspections, and testing of civil, structural, and MEP works to ensure compliance with design and regulatory standards.
- Audit and validate construction activities to confirm alignment with approved design intent, engineering specifications, and safety standards.
- Validate, record and archive design and construction variations, non-conformities, and corrective actions to uphold project quality and compliance standards.
- Identify and mitigate risks impacting schedule, cost, safety, and quality by developing proactive strategies and contingency plans.
- Serve as the primary liaison between company, contractors, consultants, and external stakeholders (e.g., utility providers, port authorities).
- Prepare and submit structured progress reports, and lead weekly and monthly executive briefings with the key stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and timely decision-making across all project interfaces.
- Review and validate contractor invoices, change orders, and cost claims against contractual terms and actual site progress.
- Monitor and control project expenditures to ensure alignment with approved budgets and financial forecasts.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering is a must.Experience: 8–10 years of experience.Language: Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset. Specialized knowledge: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and reporting systems.Proven track record of managing complex engineering projects from inception to completion.Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and external partners.Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and contracts.Strong organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Experience with environmental and safety compliance in logistics infrastructure.
