Handle flight reservations, ticket issuance, reissues, refunds, and EMD processing using Amadeus and other airline systems.
Provide accurate fare quotations and ensure all bookings comply with airline rules and regulations.
Process date changes, cancellations, refunds, and itinerary modifications as requested by customers.
Maintain updated knowledge of travel rules, visa requirements, country entry regulations, airline policies, and fare conditions.
Assist customers by providing travel options, price comparisons, and alternative route suggestions when needed.
Ensure all ticketing transactions are completed accurately and within set timelines.
Coordinate with airlines for booking confirmations, special service requests (SSR), and resolving ticketing issues.
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email ensuring fast and professional service.
Maintain accurate records of all bookings, transactions, and customer interactions.
Support the team in daily operations and contribute to achieving departmental targets.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in the ticketing field.Very good command of English (reading, writing, and speaking).Strong experience in ticketing reservations, reissues, EMD issuance, and refunds using the Amadeus system.Proficiency in making reservations through various airline online systems.Solid knowledge of country travel regulations, fares, and airline policies.
