- Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities to ensure project objectives are met.
- Interpret and implement construction drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.

- Liaise with project managers, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth workflow.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Prepare and maintain detailed site reports, daily logs, and progress documentation.
- Identify and resolve technical issues or discrepancies on-site promptly.
- Oversee the installation of civil works, including foundations, structural elements, and utilities.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of construction equipment and materials.
- Support the implementation of environmental and sustainability practices on-site.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is a must.5-7 years of proven experience in civil site engineering within the construction industry.Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.Demonstrated ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in site management and supervision.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental standards.Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.Willingness to work on-site and adapt to changing project demands.
