Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Retail Sales Executive role located in Cairo, Egypt. The Retail Sales executive will be responsible for maintaining in-depth knowledge of products "Home Appliance, Smartphones, Laptop Specs, IT & Accessories", providing exceptional customer service, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales goals. Day-to-day tasks include recommending products to customers, maintaining the store's visual appearance, organizing and restocking merchandise, processing payments, and resolving customer concerns.
