• Supervising the stages of manufacturing furniture from natural wood (Beech – Oak – Swedish – Mahogany… etc.).
• Monitoring cutting, milling, assembling, sanding, and finishing processes to ensure the highest quality.
• Checking the quality of the wood and ensuring it meets specifications before entering the production line.
• Solving technical problems that arise during operation and improving production efficiency.
• Following up on regular maintenance of machines (Router – Milling machine – Saws…).
• Controlling waste rates and reducing production costs.
• Preparing daily and weekly reports on productivity and product quality.
