Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in El Maadi, Cairo for a Retail Sales Representative. The role will assist customers in selecting and purchasing mobile repair services and products while maintaining a high standard of customer service. Responsibilities include providing detailed product knowledge, guiding customers through the sales process, addressing questions and concerns, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. The role also involves maintaining professional retail operations and actively contributing to sales targets.
2-5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the bathroom, kitchen, or interior design industry.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.Strong negotiation and closing abilities, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Ability to quickly learn and articulate technical product details and applications.Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for a showroom environment.Flexibility to work full-time, onsite, including weekends or extended hours as needed.Fluency in English and Arabic is an advantage.
