Bachelor’s degree in Education, or a related field.4-5 years of proven experience teaching English at the middle school level.English Fluency is a must.Demonstrated expertise in English language arts curriculum and instructional strategies.Strong classroom management and organizational skills.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.Proficiency in integrating educational technology into classroom instruction.Commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective teaching practices.Willingness to collaborate with colleagues and participate in school activities.Ability to work on-site in a full-time, long-term capacity.
