  • ● Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently.
  • ● Maintain the reception area’s cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards.
  • ● Schedule appointments, manage meeting room bookings, and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
  • ● Maintain accurate records of guest information and daily activities.
  • ● Ensure compliance with company policies, security protocols, and confidentiality requirements.


 


1-3 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role.Females Only● Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.● Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented attitude.● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software.● Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.● Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.● Strong organizational and time management abilities.● Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information.● Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.● Commitment to upholding company values of integrity, transparency, and service excellence.
