Qontrac is seeking a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Digital Administrator to join our team. This role blends digital marketing, design, and administrative coordination. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media platforms, designing marketing materials, publishing digital content, and ensuring that all administrative and creative tasks are executed with precision and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and publish engaging content across all social media platforms in line with the company’s marketing strategy.
- Create and edit designs using Canva for digital and print materials (posts, proposals, quotations, presentations, etc.).
- Maintain and update quotation templates, documents, and digital archives to ensure organization and consistency.
- Coordinate between marketing, design, and management teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of tasks.
- Support the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns, ensuring all materials meet brand standards.
- Oversee scheduling, posting, and analytics tracking for social media accounts.
- Ensure all digital and administrative work is accurate, properly documented, and aligned with company guidelines.
- Assist in preparing marketing reports, client proposals, and branded materials.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or administrative coordination.Strong proficiency in Canva, MS Office, and basic understanding of digital tools (Meta Business Suite, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.Attention to detail and ability to maintain structure and accuracy across digital and admin work.Creativity combined with a professional sense of branding and presentation.Ability to multitask and work under pressure while meeting deadlines. Work Conditions:Working Hours : 8 hoursDays off : Friday & Saturday
