Process all contractor labor documentation
Liaise with government authorities
Maintain and update employee records and files accurately.
Monitor and manage employee attendance, leaves, and vacations.
Handle day-to-day personnel inquiries and issues on site.
Prepare HR-related reports and documentation for management review.
1-2 years of experience in a personnel, HR, or administrative role.Previous experience in the Construction or Landscaping industry is REQUIRED. In-depth knowledge of contractor labor procedures. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Must be organized, detail-oriented, and proficient with computers.
