- Own end-to-end recruitment process for senior-level, technical, and hard-to-fill roles across multiple functions (e.g., Engineering, Sales, Finance, Operations).
- work closely with department heads to understand workforce planning needs, forecast hiring demands, and align talent strategies with business goals.
- Develop and execute initiatives to enhance the company’s employer brand through social media, events, university partnerships, and thought leadership content.
- Leverage advanced sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, ATS, AI platforms), passive candidate engagement, and niche communities to build talent pipelines.
- Continuously improve recruitment workflows, reduce time-to-hire and cost-per-hire, and implement best practices in candidate experience and onboarding.
- Utilize HRIS and recruitment analytics to report on KPIs (e.g., quality of hire, offer acceptance rate, source effectiveness) and recommend data-backed improvements.
- Oversee relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and staffing vendors to ensure cost-efficiency and quality of service.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:EducationBachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.Diploma or master’s degree (preferred) in HR.Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) or Talent Acquisition (e.g., CTC, TA Certified) is highly desirable.Experience: 5-7 years of progressive experience in full-cycle talent acquisition, preferably in the high-growth information technology sector.Proven track record of recruiting for mid-to-senior level roles (Manager+), including technical, non-technical positions.Experience managing recruitment budgets and vendor relationships.
