The Human Resources (HR) Manager is responsible for leading and managing all HR functions across the organization to ensure alignment with the company’s mission, values, and operational goals. This role oversees recruitment, talent development, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training, and compliance. The HR Manager ensures a productive, compliant, and supportive work environment while managing day-to-day HR operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Staffing

Lead the full-cycle recruitment and selection process.

Develop, update, and maintain job descriptions and job postings.

Collaborate with hiring team to identify staffing needs and role requirements.

Conduct interviews, negotiate employment offers, and manage employee onboarding.

2. Employee Relations

Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, complaints, and inquiries.

Foster a positive work environment and drive employee engagement initiatives.

Advise management on employee-related issues, conduct investigations, and resolve conflicts.

3. Performance Management

Support the design and implementation of performance management strategies.

Monitor employee performance and provide guidance and coaching to managers.

Implement training programs aimed at improving employee skills and productivity.

4. Compensation & Benefits

Monitor market trends to ensure competitive and fair compensation structures.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations related to wages, benefits, and entitlements.

Support the administration and communication of employee benefits.

5. Training & Development

Identify organizational training needs and support development initiatives.

Plan and manage training sessions, workshops, and certification programs.

Promote continuous learning and development across all employee levels.

6. Compliance & Legal

Ensure full compliance with labor laws and HR regulations .

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in line with legal requirements.

Prepare HR reports and support internal and external audits or inspections.

 

 


EducationHR certification is preferred.ExperienceMinimum of 10 years of experience in Human Resources, including at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.Previous experience in contracting and real estate development is mandatory.Experience working with site labor and field teams is mandatory.Strong experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.SkillsIn-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR regulations, and best practices.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-management skills.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.
