To serve as a trusted technical and commercial advisor for international clients, ensuring the proper selection and application of our systems while supporting them throughout the full project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Provide specialized technical guidance to clients on Alumil systems selection, façade performance, thermal and acoustic insulation, and compliance with project specifications and regional building standards
- Prepare and deliver detailed techno-commercial proposals, ensuring accurate BOQ analysis, optimal pricing, and full compliance with client specifications and design requirements.
- Lead pre-sales activities, including system presentations, product demonstrations, and technical workshops for customers and partners.
- Coordinate closely with Technical Office, Estimation, Logistics, and Production to ensure proper system design validation, material availability, and timely delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to support strategic decision-making and business planning.
- Conduct regular market visits across export regions to strengthen customer engagement and identify upcoming project needs.
- Resolve technical issues and provide after-sales support to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate reporting of sales pipeline, customer activity, and forecast performance through company CRM and reporting tools.
RequirementsSkills: Excel, AutoCAD, Aluminium Technical knowledge Experience: 1-2 yearsBachelor's degree in Engineering.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions.Proficiency in English languages.Familiarity with export regulations and international trade practices is preferable.
