We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Engineer to join our growing team at Riadco, a leading company in office and hotel furniture manufacturing.
Job Summary:
- The Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and providing technical support to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Prepare and present technical proposals and quotations.
- Coordinate with the technical and production teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Follow up on client feedback and ensure after-sales satisfaction.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Architecture / Interior Design / Mechanical / Industrial preferred).2–5 years of experience in furniture, fit-out, or related industries.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or ERP systems is a plus.Owns a car and is willing to travel as needed.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in B2B sales or project-based selling.Familiarity with office and hotel furniture markets.Ability to read technical drawings and translate client needs into product solutions.
