Cost Accounting Manager

  • Oversee the complete accounting cycle in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), ensuring the integrity of entries and reports.
  • Design and implement an industrial cost accounting system covering raw materials, operations, and waste, linking it to the actual production system.
  • Analyze variances between actual and planned costs and provide periodic reports to senior management with corrective recommendations.
  • Prepare financial statements and monthly, quarterly, and annual analytical reports, including Financial Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage the accounting and costing team, distribute tasks, and develop competencies in line with performance objectives.
  • Participate in the preparation of budgets, monitor their implementation, and analyze gaps.
  • Monitor and adjust the accounting inventory in coordination with the warehouse and production management, ensuring accurate inventory valuation.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and tax requirements and coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
  • Contribute to the development of ERP systems and their integration with operational and accounting processes.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (A diploma or specialized certificate in Industrial Costing is preferred).Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in an industrial environment.Proficiency in Advanced Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems (such as SAP, Odoo, or Oracle).Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making.Effective leadership and team development.Accuracy and discipline in task execution.High communication skills with various departments.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
