·       Perform site survey of new shops and branches.

·       Supervise other subcontract partners (technicians).

·       Receive Hardware equipments and revise their serial numbers and part numbers.

·       Revise and test new projects cabling.

·       Lay down new cables for Data center equipments.

·       Support existing Data center infrastructure.

·       Install and troubleshoot FAX lines, Data E1 and voice E1 connections.

·       Manage end-users' network and print resources.

·       Install new Network and Security devices.

·       Install IP phones and troubleshoot their problems.

·       Do daily Trouble Tickets.

·       Rearrange all racks and cables in all data rooms in all Etisalat (HQ, IT, PoS, Maadi, Systel and future in Tagamo3 alkhames) in a neat and tidy way.

·       Do periodic maintenance to all PoS to all devices in order to increase its life time.

·       Do periodic maintenance to all devices in all Etisalat buildings.

·       Check periodically to all fans in racks, temperature and AC in all data rooms.

·       Install new cables in PoS and Etisalat buildings (if there is no deal with any external company).

·       Install and help in the movement of cables in data center and data rooms.

·       Fix cabling problems in data centers and data rooms.
