Office Administrator

We’re looking for a proactive Office Administrator who can wear multiple hats — managing HR operations, handling accounting tasks, ensuring smooth office administration, and providing basic IT support. This role is ideal for someone organized, reliable, and detail-driven, who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

 

  • Manage HR operations (attendance, onboarding, payroll coordination, leave tracking).
  • Handle accounting duties (expense tracking, petty cash, invoices, and coordination with auditors).
  • Oversee office logistics, procurement, and general administration.
  • Support IT functions (email setup, system coordination, basic troubleshooting).
  • Maintain records, policies, and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
  • Liaise between departments to streamline daily operations.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting, HR, or related field.7–15 years of experience in combined HR, Accounting, and Office Admin roles.Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Excel, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint).Familiarity with accounting software and HR platforms (e.g., ZenHR, etc.).Excellent communication and multitasking skills.Very good in English and Arabic.
