Sales Representative – Steel Industry

  • Identify potential customers and new business opportunities in the steel market (contractors, construction companies, factories, and distributors).
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Promote and sell the company’s full range of steel products while meeting or exceeding monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales deals in line with company policies.
  • Follow up on deliveries, payments, and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular market visits to understand market needs, competitors, and pricing trends.
  • Coordinate with the logistics, production, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of orders.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
  • Represent the company in exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events when required.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in steel sales or building materials sales (required).Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Solid understanding of the steel market and product specifications.Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth.Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.Valid driving license and readiness for field work.Good command of English and Arabic (spoken and written).
