- Identify and approach new potential customers in assigned territories or sectors (hotels, restaurants, offices, hospitals, factories, etc.).
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients through regular visits and follow-ups.
- Present and demonstrate the company’s cleaning products professionally and persuasively.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules in line with company policies.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and feedback on market trends and competitors.
- Coordinate with the logistics and finance teams to ensure smooth order processing and on-time delivery.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events when required.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle any complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.2–5 years of experience in sales of cleaning products, detergents, or FMCG.Strong knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure.Good command of English and Arabic (spoken and written).Valid driving license and willingness to travel locally for client visits.
