- Issue the TNA, training plan & budget
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.3-5 years of proven experience in organizational development or a related HR function.Strong understanding of organizational design, talent management, and change management principles.HR Diploma or study is a mustDemonstrated ability to facilitate training and development programs for diverse audiences.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.Proficiency in MS Office Suite Strong commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards.
