Contracting & Corporate Sales Executive – Travel & Tourism

  • Direct Corporate Sales: Actively prospect, present, and close sales agreements with new Corporate Accounts for all travel needs (business trips, MICE, group bookings).
  • Value Proposition: Clearly articulate how Paros Hospitality's superior contracted rates and terms benefit the corporate client's bottom line.
  • Contract Sourcing & Negotiation: Proactively source, negotiate, and finalize commercially advantageous rates, inventory, and terms with travel suppliers (hotels, airlines, transport, DMCs).
  • Profitability Analysis: Ensure all secured contracts are structured to maximize profit margins when sold as part of corporate packages.
  • Identify, develop, and secure new corporate accounts within the travel and tourism sector, focusing on long-term contracting opportunities.
  •  Negotiate and finalize contracts with travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate clients to maximize revenue and ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the hospitality, travel, and tourism industries.

 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years and up to 7 years of experience in corporate sales, contracting, or business development within the travel and tourism industry.B2B Expertise: Proven success in securing contracts and selling travel solutions directly to Corporate Accounts (B2B environment).Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships at executive levels. Solid understanding of the travel, tourism, and hospitality sectors.
