Key Responsibilities:
Manage and enhance CRM systems, ensuring full integration with all communication channels (websites, social media, marketing campaigns, sales, customer service).
Design and develop internal and external software solutions aligned with business objectives.
Oversee network infrastructure and security, ensuring stability, protection, and scalability.
Implement and integrate AI technologies to improve performance, data analysis, and decision-making.
Supervise and manage all digital platforms and cloud systems, ensuring efficiency and compatibility.
Analyze departmental needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
Lead digital transformation projects, adopting the latest global best practices.
Ensure compliance with information security standards and policies.
Build and manage relationships with external technology agencies and vendors to deliver innovative and cost-effective solutions.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in IT systems and digital transformation.
Holder of internationally recognized certifications such as:
Microsoft / Cisco / Oracle / AWS / Google Cloud / CRM Systems
Additional certifications in AI, Data Science, or Cloud Platforms are a strong plus.
Demonstrated expertise in IT project management and system integrations.
Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both internal teams and external agencies.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management, digital transformation, or related roles within a healthcare or similar environment.Proven track record of leading successful IT and digital transformation projects.Strong understanding of healthcare information systems, digital health technologies, and regulatory requirements.Demonstrated leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.Experience in developing and managing IT budgets and vendor contracts.Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and data privacy regulations.Ability to drive change and manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment.Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
