We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our sweets and confectionery brand in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will develop and execute marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, boost sales, and engage our customers both online and offline. The role requires a strong understanding of local tastes, cultural preferences, and trends in the Saudi confectionery market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote our sweets and confectionery products.
- Plan and execute digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email campaigns, SEO, and paid advertising.
- Create engaging content in Arabic and English for social media, website, and promotional materials.
- Conduct market research to understand consumer preferences, competitor activities, and emerging trends in Saudi Arabia.
- Organize and support in-store promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns (e.g., Ramadan, Eid, National Day).
- Collaborate with sales, design, and production teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to optimize marketing strategies.
- Manage relationships with external marketing agencies, vendors, and influencers.
- Ensure brand visibility and positioning across retail, online, and social media channels.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of branding, packaging, and product launches in the confectionery industry.
- Experience in B2C marketing, especially food and beverages.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in FMCG, food, or confectionery.Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, etc.).Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.Creative mindset with strong organizational and analytical skills.Understanding of local consumer trends, festive seasons, and cultural preferences in Saudi Arabia.Experience with influencer marketing and campaigns targeting Saudi audiences is a plus.
