- Develop and execute export sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand market share in international territories.
- Identify, approach, and establish relationships with new clients and distributors in target export markets.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and negotiation to closing deals and after-sales support.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams including production, logistics, and finance to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms in compliance with company policies and international trade regulations.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing regular reports for management review.
- Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business trips to promote Jokey’s products and strengthen client relationships.
- Ensure all export documentation, shipping, and customs procedures are completed accurately and efficiently.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.2 to 5 years of proven experience in export sales, preferably within the plastics, packaging, or manufacturing industry.Strong understanding of international sales processes, export documentation, and global trade regulations.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and distributors across diverse cultures.Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Willingness to travel internationally as required.Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
