- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Manage the sales process from start to finish, including negotiation and closing deals.
- Keeping up-to-date with any changes in the real estate market.
- Making the needed presentations, meetings, and site visits that help customers to choose the right unit in company projects.
- Participate in real estate events and exhibitions.
- Maintain customers records in data systems & CRM.
Bachelor’s degree.Proven experience in real estate is a MUST.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Presentable appearance.Excellent Selling and negotiation skills.Proficiency in MS Office .Familiar with CRM is preferable.Alexandria Residents only.
