1. Sales Operations & Support:
- Monitor daily sales performance across all branches and prepare performance dashboards and reports.
- Assist in setting and tracking sales targets, KPIs, and incentive schemes for the retail sales team.
- Coordinate between sales, supply chain, and finance to ensure accurate product availability, pricing, and billing.
- Ensure accurate data entry and timely updates in POS and CRM systems for all sales transactions.
- Support the rollout of new sales initiatives, promotions, and product launches across all outlets.
2. Inventory & Product Management:
- Collaborate with inventory and merchandising teams to ensure accurate stock levels and timely replenishment of best-selling items.
- Support daily and monthly stock reconciliation between system records and physical counts, especially for high-value items like gold and diamonds.
- Track product movements between branches and ensure proper documentation and system updates.
3. Process Improvement & Compliance:
- Ensure all retail branches follow the company’s standard operating procedures (SOPs) for sales, returns, and customer service.
- Assist in auditing sales and inventory transactions to detect discrepancies or losses.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to increase sales efficiency and reduce operational errors.
4. Sales Analytics & Reporting:
- Analyze sales trends by product category, location, and sales team to provide actionable insights.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports for management review.
- Provide analytical support for pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.
5. Cross-functional Coordination:
- Work closely with marketing, finance, logistics, and HR departments to support sales operations and resolve issues.
- Facilitate communication between branch managers and head office for smooth coordination.
Support onboarding and training of new sales staff on systems, tools, and operational procedures.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.Minimum (3 – 5) years in sales operations, preferably in luxury retail, jewelry, or FMCG sectors.Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and data analysis tools.Fluent in Arabic and English.Strong understanding of Egyptian consumer behavior, retail channels, and regulatory environment.
