- Prepare, review, and coordinate architectural shop drawings and as-built drawings in accordance with project specifications and timelines.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and site teams to ensure seamless integration of architectural elements with other disciplines.
- Interpret architectural plans, specifications, and project requirements to provide technical support during project execution.
- Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare bills of quantities for architectural works.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of technical submittals, RFIs, and material approvals.
- Ensure compliance with local codes, standards, and regulations throughout the design and construction phases.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates and reports to project managers and stakeholders.
- Participate in value engineering and propose cost-effective solutions without compromising design intent or quality.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and installation of architectural materials and components.
- Support the resolution of technical issues and discrepancies arising during construction.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.3 to 4 years of proven experience in a technical office or architectural engineering role.Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, construction methods, and materials.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software.Familiarity with local building codes, standards, and regulations.Good background in woods, cladding, joints, ceilings and finishing materials.
