Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Prepare Training Materials:
Design and update training content, manuals, presentations, and assessments.
Ensure all materials reflect current company policies and best practices.
Coordinate and Monitor Training Activities:
Schedule and organize internal and external training programs.
Track attendance, participation, and completion rates.
Follow up on post-training evaluations and feedback.
Identify Training Needs:
Work with department heads to assess skills gaps and define learning priorities.
Support the preparation of the annual training plan and budget.
Evaluate Training Effectiveness:
Collect and analyze feedback from participants and trainers.
Prepare reports showing the impact of training on performance and skills improvement.
Maintain Training Records:
Keep accurate and updated training databases and employee learning histories.
Ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
Support Learning Culture:
Promote continuous learning initiatives and encourage employee development.
Assist in developing e-learning content and digital learning tools.
Strong command of the English language — both written and spoken.Proven experience in developing and writing training materials and content for various programs.Hands-on experience in organizing and managing large-scale training activities, especially within companies that have a large sales force.Previous experience coordinating multiple ongoing training groups or cycles on a regular basis.Excellent communication, planning, and coordination skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage several training programs simultaneously.
