Sales Representative baby stores channel

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth within the baby stores channel.
  • Identify, approach, and establish relationships with new and existing baby stores to expand market presence.
  • Present, promote, and sell children’s products to prospective and current retail partners.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with store managers and purchasing agents.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with promotional campaigns.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional after-sales support and resolve client issues promptly.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and product demonstrations to enhance brand visibility.

1-5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the baby products or FMCG sector.Strong understanding of retail sales channels, particularly baby stores and children’s product retailers.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Strong organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.Willingness to travel to client locations and attend industry events as required.Fluency in Arabic and working proficiency in English is an advantage.•- Experience in sales for baby stores or kids’ clothing shops.•- Strong knowledge of the baby products retail market.•- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.•- Proven record of achieving sales targets.•- Valid driving license or own vehicle preferred.•- Professional appearance and strong relationship skills.
