About the Role

We’re hiring two dynamic Sales Account Managers to join our Business Development team.
You will play a central role in acquiring new clients, promoting Archer’s industry-specific Odoo solutions, and driving measurable revenue growth.

This role suits ambitious sales professionals in the technology or ERP space who can build trusted relationships with C-level executives and close deals confidently.

Each Sales Account Manager will eventually specialize in one of two sales models:

  • Value-Based Selling: enterprise accounts and complex solutions (Real Estate, Construction, FM)
  • Volume-Based Selling: small to mid-sized businesses with ready-to-deploy vertical packages.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and manage new B2B opportunities across assigned industries.
  • Present Odoo-based business solutions effectively to Founders, CEOs, CFOs, and IT Directors.
  • Conduct discovery meetings, business analysis, and tailored demos (with pre-sales support for large cases).
  • Prepare and deliver professional proposals and quotations using Archer’s CRM workflow.
  • Negotiate and close deals that include Odoo licenses, hosting, and vertical implementations.
  • Manage full sales cycle — from qualified lead to project handover — ensuring CRM data accuracy.
  • Collaborate closely with Business Development, Marketing, and Project Management teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and long-term satisfaction.
  • Represent Archer professionally in meetings, industry events, and client visits.

Minimum 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in technology, software, or business solutions.Proven track record in closing deals above 500K EGP.Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational processes.Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).Tech-savvy, analytical, and confident using CRM systems.Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field preferred.
