HR & Admin Officer

  • Monitor employees’ attendance, leave records, and related documentation.
  • Handle the full hiring process: sourcing, interviews, job offers, and contracts.
  • Prepare and update employees’ files (both hard and soft copies).
  • Manage social insurance records (additions, updates, cancellations).
  • Prepare official letters and internal correspondence.
  • Organize and archive documents and contracts in a proper filing system.
  • Follow up on daily office needs (supplies, maintenance, services, etc.).
  • Support management with administrative tasks and meeting arrangements.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.2–5 years of experience in HR & Administration.Good knowledge of Egyptian labor and social insurance laws is preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Strong communication and organizational skills.
