- Review and analyze project tenders, budgets, and contractual documents to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Break down project items and prepare detailed cost analyses and pricing structures.
- Oversee consultant and subcontractor contracts, including scope, deliverables, and payment terms.
- Coordinate with various internal departments (technical, planning, procurement, and finance) to ensure commercial alignment across all project stages.
- Manage communications and negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers to achieve favorable terms and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Evaluate project risks and develop mitigation strategies to support cost control and budget optimization.
- Assist in the preparation of claims, variations, and contractual correspondence as required.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering (or related field).Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial engineering, contracts administration, or cost management within the construction sector.Skills & Competencies:Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proactive, solution-oriented, and a team player.Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), cost control tools, and contract management software.Language: Fluent in English (spoken and written).
