Join one of Egypt’s leading medical and aesthetic centers — Diamond Aesthetics, founded and led by Dr. Sherif Hegazy, a top plastic surgery consultant and one of the most prominent hair transplant surgeons in the region.

We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist to join our growing team at our luxurious multi-floor center in Sheraton, Cairo.

???? Responsibilities:

Handle full recruitment cycle (posting, screening, interviewing, onboarding).

Maintain employee records and HR database.

Manage attendance, payroll coordination, and staff evaluations.

Develop internal policies and ensure compliance with labor law.

Support management in employee relations and organizational development.

Assist in performance management and training programs.

???? Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or HR Management.

2+ years of experience in HR (preferably in the medical, hospitality, or service industry).

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Strong command of English (spoken & written).

Presentable, proactive, and detail-oriented.

1-5 years of experience in an administrative or human resources support role.Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in handling sensitive information.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.Familiarity with HRIS or other human resources management systems is a plus.Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a fast-paced office environment.
