Receptionist

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism and warmth.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.
  • Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges in accordance with company security protocols.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Provide information and assistance to guests and staff regarding company facilities and services.
  • Support office management with inventory tracking and ordering of office supplies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth office operations.

3-4 years of proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Professional appearance and demeanor.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.Customer service-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced office environment.Flexibility to handle a variety of tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
