This is a full-time role at “Le Voile”, with direct reporting to Company Retail BU Head.

Le Voile E-Commerce Manager will be generally responsible for leading and growing our online sales channels by developing and executing the planned e-commerce strategy, managing digital operations across all platforms, increasing brand recognition, driving online revenue, and enhancing customer experience & satisfaction.

  • Develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies aligned with the company’s business goals.
  • Manage and optimize the performance of the online store (website, marketplace platforms, and social commerce).
  • Oversee daily e-commerce operations including order processing, inventory coordination, and fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute digital campaigns that increase traffic, conversion rates, and customer retention.
  • Manage product content that will be published on company website.
  • Manage the e-commerce fulfillment performance.
  • Mange the last mile delivery operations.
  • Manage the e-commerce complaints process and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with the brands team for the marketing plan and forecast.
  • Launch new brands.
  • Set standards, systems, and best practices for new product listings, content creation, distribution, and maintenance.
  • Work closely with different teams (product management, graphics, sales, marketing) to provide updated content.
  • Improve the traffic and visibility of the brand shop and target SKUs to boost the sell-out through marketing activities and content optimization. 
  • Provide support in other areas of Media Marketing, PPC, Email Marketing, SEO, Keyword Research, Google Analytics, Website UX, and Paid social media.
  • Identify SEO best practices regarding inventory, pre-orders, and pricing policies.
  • Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and digital analytics to improve overall performance.
  • Monitor changes in product sales by using web analytics and Excel spreadsheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s, etc.) to stay organized.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Stay updated with e-commerce trends, tools, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

 Minimum of 5 years’ experience as E-Commerce Manager or similar role (with experience in fashion retail business) preferably in a fast-paced, e-Commerce business.Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field.High experience in managing and maintaining e-Commerce website.Excellent knowledge of the e-Commerce space that includes marketing strategies, various leading e-Commerce website builders (Shopify, WooCommerce, WordPress).Familiarity with web design and a keen eye to detail, with passion for delivering exceptional customer experience.Good experience with product development, competitive strategies, consumer research, industry trends and usability best practices.Good management of main KPI’s (Traffic - Basket Size (average ticket)- Conversion Rate).Excellent analytical mind and highly results oriented.Excellent planning, organizational, multitasking and leadership skills.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Team player.High proficiency in decision making & problem solving. Very good command of English language.Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing analytics.
