- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals.
 - Create, curate, and publish engaging content (images, videos, reels, captions, stories, etc.) across all platforms.
 - Manage daily social media operations, including posting, responding to comments/messages, and monitoring engagement.
 - Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and prepare regular reports.
 - Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
 - Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to create consistent branding and campaigns.
 - Assist in planning and executing paid social media campaigns to boost reach and engagement.
 - Manage community interactions and ensure a positive online brand image.
 
  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, or a related field.3–7 years of proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, preferably in a creative, construction, or corporate environment.Strong knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite).Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools).Excellent communication, creativity, and time-management skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media insights and data.
